HRIS Implementation

Implementing an HRIS that better serves your business needs is a huge unlock for your business. Project managing an HRIS implementation means not only obsessing over your data, but rethinking workflows, decision accountability and - of course - security and protection of information. This is for the leader who is facing an urgent need for investigation following a workplace complaint. We get to work fast to perform an ethical, discrete, empathetic and objective investigation. We can conduct interviews virtually, onsite or offsite, as needed. We will prepare a candid, detailed report following the investigation including a summary of recommendations, alternatives and risks.
