Hello, I’m Sarah Banner, founder of Banner HR Consulting.
I bring nearly two decades of HR experience from pure start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. I’ve been an HR Executive, Centre of Excellence Leader, and an HR Business Partner many times over. Experience has taught me that any company, no matter size or industry, can benefit from a high performance culture and world-class employee experience with the right leadership, structure, and people practices. HR should be creative, not prescriptive, and excellent employee programs and development opportunities shouldn’t be limited to organizations with the most resources.
It is with this in mind that I created Banner HR: an industry-agnostic consulting firm that supports organizations of all sizes to deliver best-in-class HR projects and services, and change management.
We deliver compliant, trustworthy, high performance and customized HR solutions with transparency and care. We don’t do pomp or jargon, just accessible, effective solutions that make sense for our clients. We account for all of our time and price based on the level of work being done from Generalist to Executive. We do per-hour pricing, retained service, or project-based pricing. We will discuss what makes the most sense for your organization and provide a transparent pricing structure that you can feel good about.
Aim to deliver sustainable work that integrates into your existing operations and provide training along the way, so that you can manage independently when we’re done.
Practice radical candour: no sugar-coating or feedback sandwiches. We always communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity, and we get right to the point so we can spend time on progress, not politics.
