Sarah Banner
Founder & Principal Consultant
Sarah Banner is a seasoned HR leader with two decades of professional experience. Sarah graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and is a Chartered Professional of Human Resources. Sarah worked as an HR Generalist with Industrial Alliance and Rocky Mountaineer before joining Coca-Cola. There, she received advanced training and a change management certification while working in their HR department and Business Transformation Office. Sarah went on to hold senior positions at MDA, DNEG, and Thinkific where she led teams and oversaw large-scale change initiatives. In 2025, Sarah founded Banner HR Consulting to help more organizations - of all sizes, across any industry - benefit from world-class HR solutions.
Sarah lives in Chilliwack with her husband and two children and is an active member of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce.

Amanda Charna
HR Consultant, Business Partnership
Amanda brings 9 years of HR experience from the non-profit, VFX, health and insurance industries. She partners closely with business leaders to build compliant, people-centered practices that support both organizational goals and employee wellbeing. Her expertise spans business partnership, policy development and compliance, and employee relations, with a practical, solutions-focused approach. She balances operational efficiency with thoughtfulness and compassion, helping teams navigate change to succeed.
